My carpet came clean
Super cleaning-great service
I was very pleased with the job. The rugs are cleaner than they were the last time I had them done by another company. I was thoroughly pleased with the service.
Steve did a great job cleaning my furniture. He was thought and done in a timely fashion. I like the fact that no chemicals were used in the method of cleaning. The furniture did not dry as fast as we were told, but was dry in about eight hours.
The product does what's advertised, incredibly clean. The service man knew the product line and did the job well!
A bad carpet was well cleaned, although not perfect. Perfection on my old carpet is not expected. There was a soap spill some time ago, and it finally seemed to be gone.
I thought the prices were reasonable and my floors (tile) looked so much better. Around the edges (where the tile meets the wall), I think could have been given a little more attention. The technician was also very friendly and personable.
A variety of services; i need to see how the cleaning holds up as copared with other companies. Right now carpet and tile looks great
Quick cleaning process and turn around ready to use.
The friendliness and professionalism of the service and speed of delivery.
Carpets look like new after treatments, and the carpet Engineers are efficient and hard working!
I like the fact that heavy solutions are not used. I have young children and prefer safe natural products to the maximum extent possible.
Really cleaned the carpet, the brush did a great job of lifting the matted areas, and it smells great!
Carpets and tiled area cleaned like brand new! Technician Ben was professional and informative! ZeroRez did what it said it could provide! Zerorez is my choice for future service.
Technician Steve Karsten worked very efficiently and did a great job cleaning our carpet and chairs.
Did a great job getting our old carpet cleaned. Some areas that we thought were hopeless surprised us how clean they look now. We were considering replacing the old carpet, but it looks so good we should get another few years out of it. Cleaners arrived when they said they would and were very professional. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
Show up on time, very professional. House looks great!
ZEROREZ is the premier method for cleaning furniture and carpet.
Our recliners look brand new! (We were considering new furniture to spruce up our décor, but not now.)
