Had probably 5-6 different carpet cleaners in the past clean my carpet in my $1M+ home and have had more clean various other properties I own locally. I don't know what you guys do so different than the others but it's crazy....we've never seen our carpets so clean before. Our previous carpet cleaners obviously weren't doing something right. The cleaning of my carpet was very effective, got all the spots and stains out. Additionally, the gentleman that providdd the service was very friendly and personable! He did an outstanding job! I chose to purchase some additional product to help with the pet stains. It was at his suggestion, but not by him using some high pressure sales tactic, but simply giving me information and options, which I really appreciated.

What's not to like? The two gentlemen arrived exactly on time; They explained what they would be doing and asked if I had any special concerns, requests, Did I areas with special attention; And, if I knew the cause of any of the spots or stains. They worked fast and at the same time very thorough. They left my carpets looking terrific. My carpets were nearly dry by the time they pulled out of the driveway. I can't think of anything more they could have done, except wash my windows.

I like that my carpets are not soggy wet with water. Your cleaning method is fast and the drying period of 4-6 hrs. is great. Plus, my carpets are not crusty feeling and feel very nice when I walk on them when done and dry.

My carpets were a real mess, I have a dog that is not completely housebroken and made quite a mess. The tech managed to take out most of the stains. The tech took his time to do a good job and also made sure that I was satisfied with the work done.
