As a former professional house cleaner myself, I am extremely satisfied not only with the end product in that there is no residue to attract dirt left behind but how the carpet is restored to like new condition. Richard did a great job with our carpet and tile. Our carpet had urine stains from our lab that I thought would never come out, but they did! Compared to traditional carpet cleaning methods, Zerorez is superior and dry time is also much less. I was expecting stains to reappear after our carpet had dried, but it still looks good!
