The service/technician name Amil was awesome and extremely knowledgeable of not only cleaning carpets but every aspects of the home. He was extremely helpful and has definitely fulfilled our exceptions. My husband is an On Air Personnel for The Light 103.9 and plans to shout out Zerorez and our technician (Amil) on the radio. Actually I was very satisfied, except for a few dark spots that remained in the grouting after drying. I wouldn't mind but they are obvious to me. Everything else is great! Please let me know if there is something I can do to make the marks cleaner. Thank you!
