We were delighted with your associate. He called ahead and was right on time for the appointment.
He was well dressed and groomed. He presented a professional appearance. He worked hard continually. He asked if there was anything else he could do and suggested an additional product (Scotch guard in the high traffic areas). All of the areas he cleaned were immaculate when he got done.
