Greg was the guy who came out from Zero Rez to do our job yesterday.

He did an outstanding job; he called prior to arriving with his ETA and then arrived exactly on time. Once he arrived he explained in detail what he was going to do, the process of treating spots and the process of cleaning the carpet.

He put down a cloth for the transition from carpet to solid surface flooring and explained to my mother (who is in her 80's) about making sure to dry her shoes before stepping onto solid surface to avoid the risk of her falling - which I really appreciated.

At the conclusion of the job he explained the credit card transaction to me and thanked me for my business.

This is the 2nd time I have used Zero Rez and I am way beyond satisfied. I've referred my sister to Zero Rez and she was very happy as well. And I have referred a couple of friends and they are using your service too.
