The employees were courteous and helpful when I called and tecnicians friendly. I had to have them out 3 times to clean an area. I was upset after the 2nd time and thought it was ruined but they cleaned again. It looks much betyet. There were never additional fees or questions asked.

Carpet dried quickly and work was finished in about an hour. I was hoping for a little better stain remover, but the carpets did look cleaner overall than before they were treated.
