My carpets look like new. There were a few spills on a bedroom carpet and I thought I was going to have to replace it. The technicians made it look like new. I was so happy and surprised that the stains came out. I have used the company a number of times. I am always happy. I will continue to use the company. Thank you for a wonderful job.

The grout cleaning was amazing! The carpets are hard to tell because they didn't look dirty but here's hoping the dust mites are gone! Also duct cleaning was expensive but seemed very thorough. Greg Prentice did a great job and was pleasant and professional. My only complaint is with zerorez's use of Microban as a sporicide. It is a toxic product that I refused to have sprayed in my ducts! I highly recommend that corporate switches to an all natural, essential oil based product like Young Living Thieves cleaner or Clean Well...which utilize the powerful deodorizing and disinfecting properties of beneficial plants without toxic side effects. This would be more in keeping with zerorez's promise of non chemical treatment. Better for the environment, better for our health, better for business...and better for cancer prevention if you are at all concerned for the well being of your employees and customers.
