I have had Zerorez clean my carpets several times. Each time, the carpets look so clean. They do a great job of cleaning routine dirt that accumulates, especially in high traffic areas. Additionally, their employees are always helpful, friendly and courteous--from those I talk to on the phone to the technicians.

The employees were very nice and did a good job but I still had a large spot and some small spots that would not come out.

Everything! Your products are great and so are your technicians. About a month after zero Rez lanes my carpet, we ended up with a very large blood stain. The tech was able to get it all out and the carpet looks great. The tech wars very knowledgeable and very proud of his company.

Our service person from Zerorez was Doramus Brewer who was fantastic. He listened to our problems and recommended solutions. We had our carpet cleaned and treated with Scotchgard. The carpet is now clean and fresh smelling. We also had our couch cleaned. It’s great to have a new looking couch in our living room. Doramus was thorough, personable and informative. We want him back for our annual Zerorez carpet cleaning. And we love the results.

Most of the stained/darkened areas of the carpet came up clean. Maybe 10% did not come out clean, and they are lighter than they were.
