I like there was no soap or chemicals used to clean the carpets. It was easy and fast to set up an appointment. The technician was prompt and very nice and answered all questions and made sure I was satisfied with the cleaning before he left.

Techs were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions which I appreciated. Carpets took a little longer to dry than I expected - they were still wet after 10 hours and I had to wait overnight before I felt I could walk on them - but overall the results look great.
No residue, and the service was great. Mike did a super job for us as he was quite courteous, knowledgeable and kept us abreast of what he found and made recommendations to correct problem. Overall job was very satisfactory and up to expectation. Would recommend to anyone needing any of your services.

The associate that cleaned my carpet was professional and thorough. The products cleaned excellently and didn't take a long time to dry, especially compared to other companies. Price is exceptional. A+ overall.

Ryan did an excellent job getting the red wine stain out of the carpet, & freshening-up the other two rooms! Fortunately, we were able to get an appointment quickly - that also helped with the stain. Ryan was great to work with!

Friendly, efficient, professional staff. MIKE was nice on a rainy yucky day when it was pouring rain he brought the equipment in in a cheerful manner.
Curt, the technican, who serviced the carpets was very helpful in explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it and ideas moving forward on how to clean up pet elimination problems.
The scheduler was very helpful in getting "same day service" to the property as well.
Your people went over details of what they were going to do and answered my concerns. Very professional and the carpets came it better than I expected.
