For some reason I thought Zero Rez did not use any water, but apparently a liquid cleaner of some sort was used on my carpet, that needed hours to dry. Other than that, the technician was on time, very professional AND friendly! She answered all my questions and showed me stains I could not see, by using a black light. I am very, very grateful for the wonderful service I received and everyone is happy with the outcome! My home was all set for the holidays and the 15 house guests!!

I love that the service left the carpets smelling fresh, and that it dried so quickly without the “crunchy” feeling detergents usually leave. The technician was personable and knowledgeable. He did a great jib but unfortunately missed cleaning one area under the bed, which was strange because it was just as accessible to him as the rest of that space. My husband & I are generally pleased with the results, but this miss is unacceptable especially since we paid considerably more than we are accustomed to paying.
The dog stain on my upstairs carpet did NOT come out - very yellow. Please re-do. Thanks very much.......Name removed

We were so impressed with our first Zerorez experience! Scheduling the appointment was easy and we were able to get an appointment when we wanted it. Our tech (I think Mariel was her name??) showed up on time and was super friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure to ask several times if we had any questions and was happy to answer the one or two questions that I did have. We try our best to keep a chemical free, non-toxic home and I love that you don't use any kind of chemical or fragrance. Our carpets were clean, they dried quickly, and we are super pleased! We will definitely be scheduling again :) Thank you so much!!
