This is my second time using Zerorez. I am very pleased with the service I received. I have also referred my friend who used Zerorez. My carpet look and smell so clean. I had some pet urine stains. They came out. You cannot tell that I have a pet. The technician texted me about his arrival time. He was on time.
The technician (Chris) was professional, he explained the steps of the cleaning process. He asked my needs and made recommendations on what he thought was needed. No pressure to up sale me.
