Removing any residue with your extraction method was so effective on our carpets that we would never want to go back to the shampooer method. Adam was a skilled technician who diligently worked his magic to remove what must have been an entire cup of coffee or a coke that had dried in after the movers left our then vacant property. Just had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez on Saturday. My technician was terrific, polite, kind and very hard working. I love the scent of the pet odor spay, so fresh and clean. My carpets look great, I will definately use their services again, I highly recommend Zerorez.
