I like that you don't use any chemicals on my carpets and they come out incredibly clean. I have had my stairs done twice now and can't believe how clean they end up. Each time I have used Zerorez the technician has been very friendly and informative.

First time user. The tech was right on time, called ahead, and was very thorough in his cleaning job and up-selling of products (i.e. pet odor spray). The carpets looked very good when he left.

Products are clean. There is no soap therefore no damage to carpet. The service we had was excellent. They were professional. Answered questions. They explained how Zerorez works. It's was amazing to watch them clean are filthy carpet right before our eyes. The carpet was like new! They gave info on carpet protector without a hard sell. We asked questions & decided to get it. The did a thorough job & we couldn't be happier. Because the job was done so well we will schedule to have our kitchen floor cleaned. I would definitely recommend Zerorez. Thank you got the awesome service. 😀

Christopher Anderson is EXCELLENT!
I will request him every time we have our carpets cleaned which is several times a year.
He is extremely professional, an excellent technician and very personable. He did an EXCELLENT JOB cleaning our cream colored carpets! I have two kitties a hundred pound English Cream Golden retriever AND a HUSBAND! I really need an excellent technician to keep our carpets looking so great and Christopher did a MASTER JOB!!!! Thank you Christopher!

What do you like about our products and services?

The two men worked well together. They moved heavy furniture that I couldn't have moved! I felt they really cared how well carpets looked when dry. They offered me a "good deal" on the protectorant. I guess I forgot: all carpet cleaners wait til they're almost done, then talk about the protector stuff. More money!! But, that's OK, as long as it works as good as they said! They worked hard for 3 hours and looks great!

If the stains that were on the carpet are still gone in another month - I will recommend you wholeheartedly, as that is why I spent so much money. If they return, I will be be very disappointed.
