Here at University Terrace, a condominium complex in Berkeley, we have a large Commons Room, fully carpeted, of about 1000 square feet. It was a mess - frequent children's birthday parts, lots of other parties involving food and drink, and miscellaneous meetings and performance groups, etc. We try to clean this carpet once every six months but it had gone a couple of months longer this time. We had used Zerorez in the hallways of one of our buildings and decided to try them for this job. The tech arrived on time, and finished the job well within the estimated time. The room looks lovely! Recommend them highly. We'll certainly use them again.

The technician, Jay, was on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets. He called to let me know he was on his way and to give me his ETA. He cleaned up both inside and outside and was very quick and efficient.

The carpets came out clean and there was no sticky residue left behind.
Also the drying time was much shorter even on a cold day so that was very helpful as well.
It seems that this process is more of a natural way without a lot of detergent.
