I first spoke with Issac who was very personable. He asked me to call another number where his wife Stephanie could schedule. I called and she answered right away (no voice mail and no being put on hold). Also very nice and she scheduled us for the next day! Perfect. The tech, Kio, texted me to confirm the appt and he texted the following morning as well to say he could be available even earlier. He came and got right to work; no dragging large hoses around. We chatted while he set up. Our rugs look terrific. He also said that if any "wicking up" occurs (in the nest 3 weeks that we are down here) that he will come for a touch up service at no charge. Oxi Fresh is now our choice for carpet leaning without doubt.
