I DO NOT LIKE your settings for appointments. Your closet location is about 15 mins from my home. You should have an appointment schedule like Quest Labs. ie. you can select a time that is available which allows a person enough time to travel to that location. If you run into traffic and are passed your time limit, your system deletes the person name from the display. If happens to me again, I will gladly find a barber that has realistic appointment times.
