It is a very relaxing environment and the service times are very good. The Stylists are very good and providing the times when the customer should arrive. The one knock I have is that the website is having a lot of issues with the scheduling portion. I have tried, several times, to get on the schedule, for a specific Stylist and, even though it appeared to go thru, it did not. I usually schedule my appointment around work hours so, I need to be sure I am on the list. Please correct the website issues.

I can't get this level of service at cost conscience price, anywhere. The team (especially Stephanie) at the Voorhees Eagle Plaza location are 2nd to NONE!! The location always clean, the feeling always positive...an out and out diamond amongst the many players in the industry.
The new app is useful, though not yet 100% usable.
