The one thing I like the most about the experience with Katie Barone at the Marlton, NJ location is the conversation, engagement, and the time she takes while cutting my hair. I come to this sports clip location because I do not want to feel rushed getting my haircut. Corporate too often is too concerned with losing money per cut because of how long a cut takes. You can't put a price on an experience and this is what is important. Additionally, while waiting for my haircut on Sunday, I watched Katie cut two young kids hair with such caring and passion. These two kids were around six or seven years old. She talked to them just like any other customer.

The wait time is very close to the actual time for seating. The staff is friendly but professional. I especially like the scalp massage and hot towel treatment. My hairdresser, Cindy is very good at flattops and insuring that she gets it correct.
