The experience is always different and exciting when you walk in and get greeted with a smile. Customer service is lacking in many of public spaces and events but it's always good to see it at Santikos. Keep the service a 10 and the rest will follow. Thank you for a great experience.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, the facilities are always clean and comfortable. The rewards system is wonderful and the snacks/food available are great.
Ease of purchasing tickets online then showing the ticket person. I do wish the food delivery was standard and not an extra option. It would probably reduce the amount of people getting up and interrupting the movie
