The speed of service and the friendliest of the employees
The staff were freindly , the auditorium has was clean and the fact that they are Honoring First Responders not just with a small little discount but over a period of time. Its nice to get noticed when you lay your life on the line, or are busy saving someone elses. The stress is overwhelming sometimes. I am a medic and a single mom with a special needs child. I have not gotten to see a movie at a movie theater in years. I have gotten to enjoy 2 movies for my self and taken my daughter for a day out to see Finding Dory. We even got an icee since I didnt have to pay for tickets too. And because there are different shifts there is plenty of time for everyone to get to take advantage of the offer at a time the makes if more enjoyable for them. This great promotion honoring First Responders was very impressive.

Theatre Seating
Theatre seats are great and food.
Seating is awesome and the resolution on the screen is excellent.
the reclining chairs makes it feels like you have more room than a normal theater plus there is enough space to walk by people without hitting them who are reclining.
I have visited Casa Blanca at least 7 times now and loved every experience. I have visited with my mom, she was in awe! I have visited with my son. He was amazed at the size of the screen. I have taken my niece and nephew, they loved the reclining seats. The visits I have loved most have been with my husband. We have sat in the AMX Theaters, the reclining seats, and the dining option theater are all awesome! The staff has been by far the friendliest we've encountered at any movie theater.
The customer service and the great prices
I have yet to bowl, but I love everything else so far! Atmosphere, food, theatres, seats, only complaint is arcade is slim! My husband and I are big kids and will spend an hour+ playing the great selection of games, but it can get crowded during peak hours! Other than that, we try to visit casa Blanca for every movie we want to see! I think we have gone to 6 movies in the last few weeks! Everyone needs to go and have a blast! Great for adults and kids!
