Everything...... The ease of purchasing tickets, whether ahead of time online or using the kiosks. The lines for refreshments /food is never long and the seating inside every theater is comfy, even if you don't get recliner seating. Every staff member I've interacted with has been super friendly and great.

The patience the staff had with my kids at the bowling alley. They are a handful and the female employee working that night showed patience with us even though it took us a few to finish the game after closing. Thank you for not calling us out as parents. You're a trooper and a MVP in my book!

I love the seating (most of the time).
It's usually very comfortable. It's always a pleasant temperature and the theater is always clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.
