I accidentally left my purse on my seat and came back at least 30 minutes later. I back to the theater and checked the seat and all around it and nothing. As I walked out I saw an associate (Jesus Mendoza) and asked him if we could find out who cleaned the room because I left my purse. He asked if it was a little black purse and asked my name and told me he brought it up to guest services. I not only got my purse but got every single ID and dollar that was in it!!!! So grateful for honest people!! Please tell him my family and I said thank you so very much! And please, please give that man a promotion or some kind of recognition! He did his job and he did it well!!!!
I like that there is plenty of food to choose from. I love the comfortable seats and the air conditioning.

I like that there are several screens to purchase tickets from or you can go to the customer service desk. I love the fact of Ice cream, full hot menu or beer with a movie.

It’s a great time. Large screens, comfortable seats, great sounds and drinks HOWEVER y’all went up on price on the combos and that’s no good.
Was one of only two persons in ticket line. Even though person in front was just finishing another cashier welcomed and helped me. The persons at snack concession got my order and provided details but did not push me to upgrade.
Just remembered - there was a used napkin in the cup holder where I sat.
The service is great. The movie theaters are clean and the popcorn is tasty!

The Laser projection, AVX, ATMOS, and recliner are the best theatre at Casa Blanca.
I have been having some issues buying tickets online and sometimes I do not get the seats I want because I have to go to the theatre to purchase them. I test with different laptops, browsers, and mobile devices. It is hit or miss so I do not know if there is maintenance going on or high traffic.

Easy to check in, get your tickets from online purchase. Friendly staff. A little put off by having my small purse looked through but it's understandable after recent events. I hope the bag/purse is consistent and other measures are implemented for those patrons who don't carry purses or bags.
