We ordered tickets for a 6:45 showing and showed up late due to a car accident and the staff graciously refunded the tickets so we could attend a later showing.

I absolutely love everything about Santikos. The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t pay for tickets on the app anymore. Casa Blanca is no longer an option.
We were pleased to have the Military Monday $5 admission. My husband is retired military; and it’s great you recognize the military community.
It’s always easy to buy a ticket and the theaters are clean and comfortable.

Overall good experience. Easy parking, concessions, and getting to seat. The only odd thing is the seats were different from what I remember. They weren't the best for sitting long periods of time. I have shorter legs so perhaps it was my issue. But otherwise great movie experience!

Customer service was excellent. I needed to cancel my ticket about an hour and a half before Showtime because of an emergency at my church. Since the app is still not working correctly for Casablanca, I had to call the number and speak to someone to get the ticket canceled. The young man was very helpful and very apologetic that the app is not working correctly. I wonder when you’re going to get Casablanca added to the theaters on the app so I can start using it again.
