Well when I purchased tickets on your webpage I had $5.00 rewards on my guest loyaLty account. I Goy TWO TICKETS AT THE MILITARY rate at $10.00. And indicated to the system I wished to also use the $5.00 i had on my loyalty rewards. Taking this into account, two military tickets $20.00, apply the $5.00 loyalty rewards should be $15.00. Add the convenience fee of $2.00 and $1.82 for taxes the total my credit card should have be approx $18.82. My credit card was charged $23.82. When I arrived at the theater I tries to use my credit of $5.00 and was informed I had no credit available on my account I would like the $5.00 credit I had prior to this transaction credited back to my account. Thank you

Cloth/fabric free recliner seats makes it easy to maintain and keep clean , reserve seating is super convenient. Customer service is nice.
