Clean theater and unlimited drink and butter refills!!
We go to this theater at least once a month or more depending on what movies are out. We opt for recliner seats each time as we love the amount of space we have surrounding us that it sometimes feel like we in the comfort of our own home. Food selections are great, we love the variety of food and snacks that are offered. This is our go-to theater of choice.
Everything was perfect on this visit
All the screens are big, like I-MAX size. All the seats are large and very comfortable. Sound system is great and theater is clean.

I love Santikos’s! First off they always treat me with true friendliness whenever I come in! This past weekend I did something we all hope we never do, I accidentally booked for a Friday, when we came in on Saturday. I went up to Customer Service expecting them to say that they were sorry and couldn’t help me, or that I would have to come back on another day...but they didn’t! They let me and my husband see the movie we wanted to see that night! So grateful! Thank you! I will always recommend Casablanca Theater, they are the best in the city!
The admisphere is perfect for a date, family night or a day witht he girls! All the food is delicious and perfect combinations for a movie. Thank you for making every experience perfect!

There’s nothing specific- I enjoy all of it. Your employee make an effort to maintain the appearance even with all the customers.
I always enjoy the theater - however the cashier this weekend - I specifically asked him to use my rewards I had on file - he acted like me asking him to log my rewards was a problem, once he got my phone number he swiped my card - I asked if he used my $5 reward and he laughed and said “ oh no, is that a problem? “. Umm yes I bought an extra drink that I budgeted to because I anticipated using my rewards....

It’s my favorite movie theater! However, we do not like the new nachos at the cafe. Fajita nachos were much better.
I am always impressed when I visit Santikos theaters. The employees are always friendly and the atmosphere is great.
