I had a bad experience with Atom tickets app where they sold me tickets to a non existing showtime & I was not able to get a refund because my bank account had already been closed. Joshua Pelkey helped me out by offering to replace the tickets free of charge! I went into Casablanca to pick up the tickets but he wasn’t there so another manager, a young gentlemen with glasses, helped me out. He didn’t hesitate to help me & got me into a showing. Both of these managers were great & really made a bad experience good for me! I love Casablanca & will continue to see all my movies here! Thank you so much for the help & GREAT customer service! I hope they get the recognition they deserve!

I have had nothing but great experiences at Santikos Casablanca. The customer service has been great the theaters or clean the seats are comfortable and the food is good. The parking isn't the greatest but the overall experience is amazing
