The manger was so kind to call and fix all of the issues we had! Marika was reassuring that this would not happen again and would speak to the staff so that others can enjoy Santikos too! Very grateful to know there are people like her high up that assuring everyone has a great experience.

It has good movies, it is very clean and comfortable seating. Also good rewards, discount for Retired Military, active Military and for Senior. By the way my Mother is 94 years old. And six weeks she will be 95 on 01/01/2020 at 12:01AM. She loves going to your Theater.

I like the pizza, flatbread and popcorn. I also love the recliners and that you can enjoy an adult beverage while watching the movie. Clean, good service.

Theaters are WAYYYYYY to cold. It’s hard to sit through a movie when it’s so cold. Even 3 degrees warmer would be a big help!!!!!

Friendly staff, quick getting tickets, nice selections of food, good popcorn. Restrooms clean, soft drink areas clean, nice theaters except sometimes too cold for me.
