Love the theater. Best movie theater in San Antonio IMO. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They all deserve twice whatever they are earning. Please keep up the good work. I have been in the service industry for over 30 years. I know good service when i receive it. Be proud of your staff and let them know daily how valuable they are.

The theater is modern, always clean, and provides the opportunity for the customer to purchase food and snacks other than candy and popcorn. I also really like the reclining seats.

We haven’t been to a theater in over a year due to COVID, and i was really skeptical about going but we took my daughter for her birthday with friends and there was not a lot of people, everything was clean.

We were at the 1:15 pm showing of Mastermind. We sat in the middle of row I. Your seats are so cracked the stuffing is showing through. Something I would expect at a cheap dollar theater not upscale Santikos. We moved to other Sears.
