Everything was great.
Spacious, chairs and wide aisles. Food is available. I’ll will say, last show and customer asks for refills package and employee doesn’t even say what time is cut off on refills. I would have paid extra and been disappointed. I had to ask . These are things that they should use common sense. So work on their going the mile as it were.

I love Santikos. The customer service is what I like the most. Also, the variety of movies is great and the ease of purchasing and reserving tickets.
We had a private theater experience scheduled and everyone was running late and the manager was nice enough to work around our schedule
The staff is always very friendly. The employees ensure not only staff safety but customer safety as well by ensuring people wear masks and practice social distance. The theater is always very clean and the popcorn is delicious.
it was okay. There are still to many people sitting where they want . We shouldn't have to go looking for a mgr. Because someone is sitting in our chairs. That we purchased and expect to have.. the movies are great, and I think everyone is short staffed so there's less accountability with employees and mgrsWe have been going to AMC and really enjoy it , less hassle . Even though we drive farther we make a day of it downtown. Plus I've started to invest in AMC.

I dropped my pizza and one of your associates was kind enough to get me another slice. the seats are nice and spacious even for larger person like myself. Wish the arm rests went up, but I do get a nice tray to hold all my snacks and drinks so it's a good trade off. I just moved to San Antonio from Tucson, AZ and the theater I went to over there was my favorite, and my biggest concern was finding a replacement theater. I'm glad Casa Blanca has been a wonderful experience for me. Thank you

The private screening experience was awesome! We took all of my siblings and their families and were able to spread out comfortably.
The concession station was kept immaculate and the staff was taking every precaution to keep the facilities clean. I felt very comfortable being there.
I would definitely go back and do the private screening again! Santikos is doing returning back to the movies safe and fun!
