I love how you can do so much more than going to the movies. The seating was very nice. Loved my popcorn. Staff was friendly and helpful. Casa Blanca was the only theater that had early showing for a movie I saw. I also like that they have rewards and discounts. We was going to use military discount but there wasn't a place to add the discount digitally when getting tickets at the place. Overall, it was a nice quick experience.
The Feel of a traditional movie theater
I love this theatre because of the customer service I get from everyone. The attention from food sales to tickets, I truly feel welcomed and happy.

I love the atmosphere, the workers are so helpful and friendly. The theatre always looks clean. The only reason I gave it a 9/10 is because the recliner seats we selected and paid the “Event” price for wouldn’t recline. I specifically chose that time slot of “Demon Slayer” because they had the recliner seats. I’m not sure if recliner is more expensive than standard seating, but I do know “Event” tickets are more than both. Would of been nice to have the experience I was expecting.

Very clean, friendly staff, love the recliners. I’m really going to miss Casa Blanca when we move next month. Santikos is the nicest movie theater chain I’ve ever been to.

The seating in the theater that I was in, was very comfortable. I liked that it had a rocker feature and lots of room. There were people available to purchase tickets from, but there was also electronic kiosk options, as well.
The seating is very comfortable with the recliners and clean. Would definitely go back !!!

A good evening with my wife
Theatre is always clean and provides a good atmosphere. I was happy that they finally opened up the restaurant so that I could order the Epic Nachos. I had visited once or twice durimg pandemic but because Epic Nachos weren't available I stopped coming.
Plenty of space between other customers
The bartenders are amazing and the food is delicious and the restrooms are clean.

Everything! We really like the spacious environment (no not due to the pandemic). It feels roomy and is always fresh and clean. The staff is friendly and since no masks are required, we are loving our Casa Blanca!
Great service and theaters. One thing I would suggest changing is the "kids meal" with a box of popcorn and drink. My wife and I get this when we attend a movie as it is just enough for us.
When we put butter on the popcorn, it leaks out the bottom. Suggest changing the container to something that holds the popcorn that is not leak. At the theater we went to in Midland tx.,they had a tray that held the drink and the popcorn in a plastic lined space.

The service was quick, the theater was clean and the seats were comfortable. My only negative was I ordered the chicken bacon sandwich but the chicken had no flavor otherwise the bread was soft...they did forget my bacon but it's okay.
Great customer service, auditoriums, and soda station areas are always clean.
