The building is always clean, in full stock of items, and efficient. Inside each theatre there is a lot of room, the seating is spacious and comfortable. I attend Casa Blanca every time that I go to the movies because I have never had a bad experience there.
Very good customer service
I love how it is not packed and the chairs are not tight together. The table for the drinks and snacks on each arm on the chair is a nice addition to keep my items off the floor. The only suggestion I would have is to maintenance on the seats as recently they have been torn.
I really enjoy the time I spent at Santikos theater.

p.s. - issues applying to all theaters
1. - why are you so draconian on your policy for selling beer. Makes it difficult on date night with my wife, i can't purchase a second large beer for my wife without both of us leaving theater.
2. - cash? why no cash? seems extreme. i KNOW you provide alternatives, but any establishment refusing cash at every point of sale is frustrating....seems, dare i say, a bit unamerican.
My fiancé and I had a great experience. We purchased our tickets to watch ‘Scream’ on the mobile app, bought some snacks at the concession stand, and found our clean and mess free seats in theater number 5. For being such a large theater, it was very clean. They are found a great job at keeping the theater clean during this pandemic
