You used to have an amazing rewards program, it was the best rewards program I have ever seen with a movie theater, and I was really disappointed at how it changed, I used to get perks quite regularly and now I will never be able to earn anything. I feel like this was a greedy move, and put a real negative impression in my mind. Please bring back the great rewards program you used to have.

No issues. The theater was clean and things seemed to be in good working order.
I love it. I wish they would do a better job of mopping though, especially by the drinks. The customer service is amazing and the theater overall is very clean and organized. I love ordering the food because it’s always fresh and made to order. The funny thing is when I’m beat and don’t want to cook, I’ll specifically make it a movie night so we can go there and eat and relax and watch a movie all in one. Then I get to go home with no dishes, no leftovers, and I can go straight to bed lol. Thank you santikos for always making that possible for me and having a home like environment and amazing customer service!!!
Went to see Bullet Train at one of the larger screens #5 and the seats were very comfortable sound was on point and the employees greeted us with a smile. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and fries delicious. The only thing I was missing that I wanted was the gelato or ice cream which I noticed was closed down.

I love the proximity to my neighborhood. I appreciate the value and variety of traditional snack options.
I miss the other amenities that Casa Blanca use to provide; gelato and coffee station. I also miss the lounging couches and tables that I personally utilized while waiting for the movie to start. Lastly I miss the dine in movies!
The movie extras are friendly. The theater and restrooms are clean. I especially like military Mondays.
We were to see an artisan movie at Cada Blanco. We recently move to the area and frequently saw art films regularly. Please add more art films as Marvel super heroes & horror films are not for everyone.

I like the typical movie snacks, like popcorn. Flix Brewhouse doesn’t have popcorn and I’m done with that theatre. The seats were comfortable and the theatre was clean. I like the self serve drink section. Best movie theatre in San Antonio!

Besides comfy seating they have added tray tables at the seats. Always a good choice for a movie, bowling night or drinks and eats.
