There is such a wide variety of activities that everyone can find an activity to enjoy!
I like all the classes for the YMCA but I'm request for bar class afternoon because that's helped a lot of people and I'm happy all the teachers everybody so nice to everyone I like my friends and my all my people working there I love it thank you for everything teaches us new stuff
Well run facility with lots of options, well kept weight room, clean locker rooms, good yoga program, love the sauna.
Because I've been so busy lately with work, etc., I mainly go to the Y and do cardio, lift weights, and stretch. I see activities taking place all the time though, and it's very heartwarming and inspirational.

Child watch allows our family to do so much. The adaptive programs for our children with special needs is such a great way to ensure they can do just what other children can.
The variety and the quality of the instructors. The facility is always very clean.
The staff and participants for the classes are very friendly. A participant is encouraged to work at his/her own pace which takes a lot of the pressure of for new students.
I am very sorry you got rid of the arc trainers. I been using them since I started working out at the Y.
