I like walking on the padded track with my husband.

I also enjoy the water class in the warm water for arthritis with my friend.

Well I have used a trainer. Sean, who was very helpful to me. I have not looked into any programmes for the present but may later on.

Great for the kids, coaches and refs are amazing. Such a great learning experience for my son’s first time playing basketball.

The refs are kind and fair with the kids. I love knowing games are always on Saturday morning. Coaches have been great.
