I like that I can warm up for 15 minutes by shooting baskets. Or, if the court is not a available, I run a quarter mile. Then I lift weights.

Good advice from staff on setup of machines.

The quality of the instructors is so impressive. They really know what they are doing and provide lots of variety in the classes.

Swim team continues to be an excellent activity for my 3 children. They are all different but coaches work with and support each of them as individuals.

I’d particularly single out Kelly Burk. She has been wonderfully encouraging to my youngest child and really helped her progress and build confidence in the water and out of it. I can’t overstate how important Y swimming and Kelly have been to my family.

awesome yoga classes! but please consider requiring people taking yoga classes to leave cell phones out of the yoga studio...alot of other yoga studios already do this. it's very distracting when someone's phone goes off in the middle of class

Knowledgeable helpful friendly instructors! Variety of times classes are offered. Variety of classes offered. Love all those machines! And the front desk staff are always happy and helpful and friendly. The Y is such a positive place to be!!

I don't really use the programs and activities but they look awesome.

Actually haven't used any programs yet; but I appreciate the posting of the pool information for lap swim. It makes it easier for me to plan my day and make it to the water to swim my laps!

I like the classes and the machine rooms. Would like earlier Pilates classes. Why do you not replace the exercise mats in a timely fashion. Most are thread bare. I recommend a regular replacement schedule.

The staff is well informative,especially Jen Mincer and Mike.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Plenty of parking. Lots of machines in the weight room.

I like the variation and offerings early in the am. We have quite a large group that meets at 5:00am, We appreciate that the Y recognizes the needs of the early am participants so we can attend group exercise classes before work.

Even more importantly, the staff is what makes the difference. From the time we are greeted at the front desk until we are walking out the door, the Y staff is friendly, helpful, engaging, knows most of us by name and go out of their way to ensure we have what we need.

There are always activities for everyone in the family. Thats is a great way to keep eveyone active and moving which we all know, is one of the best thing to do for your body.

The y is attentive to the needs of its people. Halls and lockers are clean. Employees are friendly. Rules seem firm but willing to make exceptions. Machine maintenance is up to date. Usually not too crowded. Not too expensive to join. All the Ys reciprocate. That's great when you've out of town.
