Vince LoCastro handled the sale of my parent's estate. This was my first time selling property; so naturally I was a little un-easy and didn't know what to expect. Vince did a great job explaining the process and getting me on the right path. He did an initial walk through of the property, gave renovation ideas and offered numerous suggestions which ultimately lead to a much higher sale price than I was expecting. Vince had offers seven days after the listing started and I accepted an offer that was 35K offer asking price. I was especially impressed with Vince's overall character. For most of the process, Vince and I maintained daily contact. He was very professional and responsive and never took more than 4 hours to respond to text or e-mails. I never felt like a number or felt rushed during our conversations. He took the time to listen and answered questions well. Vince and I spent numerous hours on the phone discussing the progress of the sale as well as everyday things. After a while, it seemed like he was more of a friend than my real estate broker. I can’t say enough about this guy. Thanks so much Vince, you’re my go to guy if I ever have to sell my own house. It’s a 10 out of 10 from me.
