I cannot even begin to put into words how thankful we are for Tressa. The home buying experience can be stressful from start to finish. We spent 2 years looking at numerous houses that never quite seemed right. Tressa never once made us feel pressure or guilty for saying no for the numerous houses she showed us. It took us what felt like forever to find "the one" and when we finally did, she fought tooth and nail to get us into it. We experienced a few more bumps in the road than most homebuyers do but Tressa made everything far less stressful. She was our sanity through the entire process. She answered every phone call, message, question immediately. She stayed on top of the lenders, sellers agent and anyone else if they did not respond in a timely manner. When there were requirements that no one understood, she researched, reached out to everyone she could think of and did EVERYTHING to find the solution. She puts her entire heart and soul into her work and it is not just a job for her. Teressa took all our families needs (which is a lot) into consideration when looking for houses. She was absolutely amazing with our children and by the end of the process Tressa felt like family. Having Tressa as an agent was an absolute blessing and we wouldn't have wanted to go through it with anyone else. If we ever have to go through buying another home, we will work with no one but Tressa because she is the absolute best.
Lisa was incredibly helpful, encouraging, honest and personable throughout our experience with her and we looked at 32 houses! We would work with her again without hesitation! She reassured us over and over, answered questions or looked into it and got back to us. She has a lot of experience and knowledge that makes the home buying process much easier.

Nicole was awesome. Right out of the gate we could tell she had the experience and savvy necessary to help us get the right people in the door and the best price for our house. She showed up to our first meeting with a full analysis of our home, comps, and the market in general, and her advice only got more detailed and valuable from there. We moved out of the area, but if we ever make it back to the Captial Region, Nicole will be our first call.

I did have a shaky start with Hunt. Lorenzo and I didn't mesh well together. He recommended Shania as a better fit. He was absolutely right about Shania. She was thorough without lecturing or being inadvertently demeaning. Once she understood my wishlist, she gave me my assignment and set me free. She was professional, incredibly respectful, and patient. I can't say enough good things about Shania. I think Shania would be a great team leader.

I almost can't put how I feel into words. Gary was my agent, but now is a forever friend. He leads with his heart for people, not for just a sale. The sale of my 30 year old family handed down home was tough of me.Gary understood and put every one of my feelings first.
