Because we were living in New Orleans and it was difficult for us to go to Rochester for open houses, she took us on numerous virtual walkthroughs before we found the perfect home for us. She showed us every room in each house including the basements and attics. If there were any unpleasant odors, she informed of us that as well. Also, she let us know if a neighborhood was safe and if the cost of the home was worth what they were asking. We highly recommend Amanda as she is honest and thorough.
