Jennifer stuck with us even when the seller of our house was going back and forth. Jennifer had to step in and have several awkward conversations with the seller and really stayed on her to make sure we got the house we wanted. She was also upfront with us about our best options during the process of selling our house.
Working with Nina was a pleasure. When selling our mother's house, she guided us through an especially turbulent time in the real estate business. With the housing bubble starting to implode and interest rates climbing, she communicated throughout, helped us establish a fair asking price, kept us calm during some ups and downs, and found a great buyer.
Beyond acting as listing agent, Nina put us in touch with some terrific professionals and tradespeople who helped get the house ready to sell. Her recommendations for an attorney to represent our interests, stagers who made the place more presentable, an estate sale firm to organize sale of possessions and clear things out, painter, handyman, and landscaper were all spot-on. Those referrals were especially valuable because my brother and I had moved away many years ago and had few contacts in the area.

Kadijah was able to locate a home with us that suits our needs, and was very transparent and communicative throughout each step of the process. Brian offered his experience with real estate that came in handy when we had to close so that we knew how much to save in order to not waste any time once we all sat down at the closing table.
