Cindy is a terrific realtor, & so is her team (Joe, Abbey, etc), & being a realtor does not seem like an easy occupation! There are many moving parts, plus you’re dealing with people & their homes, which most have very strong feelings about! I had one of the most difficult selling situations, having a house that tenants left unexpectedly without payment & in disrepair. I knew I had to fix it up and sell it quickly, so I swooped in and did that, (re-painted most of House, installed new flooring & fixtures, etc., & staged it. It did help that I’m a designer, but Cindy let me know what updates it needed, too). With me doing my part, having it be in great condition and look great, I went with Cindy’s recommendation for pricing. It was lower than what I wanted, but I wanted to sell right away, & it did! We got an accepted offer over the asking price within 12 days after it went on the market, & that’s pretty impressive for the remote area it was in! The buyer’s loan approval took longer than I hoped for, but Cindy had educated me of that, too. Buying or selling a home sometimes you may hear things sometimes that you don’t want to hear. Maybe it takes longer than you want, or costs more than you hoped for, but if you have a realtor like Cindy, who is honest & fair with you, tells you the situation, but also looks out for you, that’s all that matters. If you listen to her, she’ll get you to where you need to be! I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling. She’s smart, experienced, levelheaded, knowledgeable, & she gets things done! She explains things well, too, & is honest, hardworking, & professional. She’s easy to communicate with, trustworthy, & she represents her clients well. Top notch!!
