I met with Nick on Saturday, January 5th, my cottage was listed on Tuesday, January 7th, the open house was held on Saturday, January 11th, and he presented me with six offers on Monday, January 13th. We closed on February 13th. The process went so smoothly. All of my expectations were met, actually far exceeded. I highly recommend Nick Welch when you are planning to sell your home.
