Mary Pat knows the local real estate market well. She was very helpful to our family, as we live out the area and had to sell my late mother's house. She met contractors we hired at our mother's home to get it ready for sale, as we lived hours away and could not be there every time. Mary Pat and Emma Smith are very trustworthy and worked well together.
