We are young family, that just moved from South Carolina to New York. We were unfamiliar with local real estate laws and procedures. And like every young couple, we had a long laundry list of things we would really like and very little money to make that happen.
Looking at the neighborhood, we were sure that Debbie is used to work with much bigger budgets than ours. Nevertheless, she got to work. She kept us informed, at every step of the way and helped us find the right property.
