The marketing support he developed for my house was extensive - including drone photographs which highlighted my large 3-level outdoor deck with a built-in plunging pool, custom gazebo and deck-level spa.These photographs also showcased the size and privacy of my backyard and the ample shading from my mature trees.

Mike adapts himself to the customer's needs and reminds the customer of their own goals. This is very important as buyers, we often lose focus and need someone to remind us. Equally important is when Mike walks into a home and already knows what the buyer does not like or likes without the buyer even speaking a word during the seller agent showing the house. Next, Mike called me out at least twice, when it appeared that I was asking something unethical about a Real Estate deal and was glad to see Mike show that he abides by a code. I will be using Mike for every real estate deal going forward and intend on purchasing at least 1 house a year and if he leaves HUNT, I would find him and seek his services again. I have had 3 realtors, and Mike exceeded them all. He has a honest, strong hand shake
