I loved danielle! we had a bad experience going to open houses with other agents not even saying as simple as hello. We went to an open house that she was filling in for and she was super excited to show us around and give us tons of details about the house. it was evident she was eager to sell a house. I messaged her later that day asking to work with her-the process immediately started-she explained everything so well and would re-explain when needed. She made me feel comfortable and happy to go house hunting! She is very determined, knowledgeable and will do anything for her clients to help them get a home. We rate Khristin as a 10 but if there was a higher number we would. This was my husband's and mine 1st time buying and selling a house at the same, and to do it both in a timely fashion is a big undertaking in itself. If it wasn't for Khristin's dedication and hard work we would probably be still looking for a house at this time. Khristin was quick to solve any and all problems that occurred. We would highly recommend Khristin to anybody that was looking to purchase or sell a house. We only wish we could rate her 100 instead of a 10. A 10 seems to low for her dedication and hard work.

Very professional, does pay attention to your wants and needs, not in a rush to make a sale but to find you something that will suit you and will make commentary as appropriate to fit your needs or to allow you to look at a place in a different picture. I have had two home sales and purchases with her and appreciated her time, patience and effort.
