Our agent Riched Dentinger was extremely konwledgable about the market and the steps needed to complete the transaction. His expertise in helping us to find a new home is greatly appreciated.

He setup alerts to notify us when new properties came on the market, then he setup viewings to meet our schedule and our check list of requirements.

I will recommend and have recommeded First name removed to others when looking for properties.

Michael (Mick) was absolutely awesome! He always responded to any question I had as soon as he could. He was always open and honest about any home he showed and never tried to push any particular home to get a sale. He kept us apprised along every step of the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house in Western NY. If I ever need to use a realtor again, I would use Mick and the Hunt team.

Sandy is the best. She is a great person and agent. I was moving from Massachusetts and she listened to what I was looking for and went to see many houses and do video tours of properties as they went on the market for me. She did a lot of research on the property and was able to answer all my questions before, during and after the deal. Sandy is also very versed dealing with other agents (I was a back up offer), and she made sure the whole process stayed on track. Her knowledge and advise helped me lock down the perfect home.
