Kani Tall is a great agent to work with, I didn’t have to worry through the whole process, she took care of everything. When I seen the house I really wanted listed , I told her I wanted to put an offer in, I really loved the house but was uncertain because many others were bidding. Kani put an offer in for me and I won, I couldn’t believe it because so many were interested in the house. The closing process went smooth, I closed in 90 days which seemed super fast to me and I was prepared to pay the closing fee. I walked away without having to put any money down , they actually gave me money back. It was truly a wonderful experience that I would do over again.
