I wanted to move from the Pacific Northwest back to Upstate NY where I grew up. After reaching out to a good friend in Western NY to see if he had any real estate friends in his area who could refer me to someone in the Buffalo/Amherst area, where I was looking to relocate, he gave me a couple names. Cheryl O'Donnell with Hunt Real Estate contacted me right away, and I wrote her back and sent a list of what I was looking for, my budget, and houses I'd viewed online that I was interested in. My move would be fast and furious, and she was ready and with me from the very start. She made me feel welcome and like a friend right away. Cheryl knows the area, is knowledgeable about the real estate market, and I'm so glad that we connected, and I know that we'll remain friends. I can't recommend her enough and wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.
