My boys love Mathnasium!

I feel my daughter ‘s experience at Mathnasium was a worthwhile one . Even though it was only a short period of time I feel she is to the point where she is ready to take her SAT and feel confident. She also has been studying through her SAT prep book and Kahn Academy on line. She had been faithful to her studies and I hope for her she does well so she can feel confident in applying to all the colleges she would like to attend. My daughter has grown in her math skills so much in a very short time. She loves going to Mathnasium!! Her confidence is growing and growing. I am thrilled with the results so far. I tell all my friends ! PORTIA does Mathnasium and Reading rescue which is a program using phonics and other methods taught by a fully accredited Licenced professor. Catherine suggested to provide cards and pamphlets in order to try to draw in business . FREE MARKETING! When asked if it was it was ok with Reading Rescue Diana Finch Loved the idea. Besides taking the time to answer Phones, enroll new students and making sure PORTIA ‘s plann with her KG teacher , And greeting every client by name when they are dropped off, she is amazing! Cody is awesome too!

Mathnasium has helped our daughter tremendously this past year.

I WOULD LIKE TO RECOGNIZE CATHRINE AT NAPLES MATHNASIUM. BECAUSE OF HER WE ARE HAPPY MATHNASIUM CLIENTS.

I CAME INTO MATHNASIUM AS A CONCERNED AND UPSET MOTHER BECAUSE OF A PROGRESS REPORT FROM HER SCHOOL THAT SUGGESTED REMEDIATION AFTER KG INTO FIRST GRADE DUE TO HER NOT MASTERING THE MATH GOALS REQUIRED BY THE SCHOOL.

WHEN I CAME INTO MATHNASIUM I DID NOT KNOW THAT PORTIA WAS SO SHORT OF HER MATH GOALS ACCORDING TO THE SCHOOL. SO I WAS VERY UPSET. NOT ONLY DID CATHERINE CALM ME DOWN SHE DID AN ASSESSMENT AND ASSURED ME THAT MATHNASIUM COULD HELP IN SEVERAL WAYS. I WAS SO RELIEVED I ACTUALLY CRIED.

SO HERE IS CATHERINE DEALING WITH A PARENT WHO IS UPSET AND WORRIED ABOUT HER ONLY CHILD. AND SOMEHOW CATHERINE MANAGED TO CALM ME DOWN IN ORDER TO DISCUSS THE MATHNASIUM PROCEDURE.

AT FIRST I BALKED AT HE PRICE AND BECAUSE OF THE 30 CANCELATION NOTICE SHE EXPLAINED I FELT MORE COMFORTABLE.

I DID NOT KNOW WHAT AREAS HER CLASS WAS DOING THAT WAS PUTTING PORTIA IN THE REMEDIAL TIER. CATHERINE SUGGESTED I SPEAK WITH THE TEACHER AND GET A FORM THAT WOULD ALLOW HER TO DISCUSS WITH THE TEACHER WHAT AREAS PORTIA WAS LACKING IN . THEY SPOKE ON THE PHONE FOR A LENGTHY AMOUNT OF TIME (HER TEACHER TOLD ME, ALSO COMMENTING ON WHAT A LOVELY PERSON SHE WAS TO TALK TOO) AND DECIDED THAT THE TEACHER WORKING WITH MATHNASIUM WILL SEND A 3 PAGE CURRICULUM HIGHLIGHTED WITH THE AREAS PORTIA NEEDED HELP WITH .

GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND , CATHERINE HAD SPOKE TO THE TUTORS AND PRESENTED ME WITH A PERSONALLY DESIGNED SPREADSHEET FOR THE TUTORS TO NOT REPEAT THE SAME CURRICULUM AND MAKE NOTES SO THAT THE NEXT TUTOR COULD CONTINUE WHERE THEY LEFT OFF , IN ADDITION TO HER NORMAL WORKBOOK AND HOMEWORK SENT FROM SCHOOL . I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH CATHERINE AND YOUR CHOICE OF QUALITY STAFF . CODY BEING ONE OF THE TUTORS THAT USUALLY WORKS WITH PORTIA , LOVES HIM AND HE HE MAKES IT FUN FOR HER.

I AM A SINGLE MOM AND WORKED FOR MERRILL LYNCH AS A BROKER FOR OVER 10YEARS WORKING WITH CLIENTS THAT COULD ONLY BE 600K AND OVER IN ORDER TO FIT OUR TRADING OBJECTIVES, SO I KNOW HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MAYBE THE MOST IMPORTANT OBJECTIVE AND OF COURSE RESULTS. TO DATE PORTIA CAN NOW COUNT TO 100 AND IS MORE CONFIDENT IN DEALING MATH AS OPPOSED TO HER RELUCTANCE TO MATH DUE HER NOT UNDERSTANDING THE CONCEPTS.

I WILL CONTINUE MATHNASIUM THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER AND EVEN AFTER SHE HAS REACHED HER GOALS SO SHE CAN FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT MATH IS A SUBJECT THAT WILL BE USED ALL THROUGHOUT HER LIFE AND THAT MATHNASIUM CAN HELP HER BE AHEAD OF THE CURVE AND NOT BEHIND IT.

CATHERINE CLOSELY MONITORS PORTIA'S PROGRESS AS SHE DOES EVERY OTHER STUDENT. WHILE I HAVE BEEN IN THE SITTING ROOM , I HAVE NOTICED SHE GREETS ALL STUDENTS AND PARENTS BY NAME AND ASKS HOW THEY ARE DOING. I AM HORRIBLE WITH NAMES SO I WILL DEFINITELY IMPRESSED .

AS A SINGLE MOTHER AND TIME RESTRAINTS I DO NOT USUALLY WRITE LENGTHY SURVEY COMMENTS, BUT IN THIS INSTANCE IT IS WELL DESERVED.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND HAVE RECOMMENDED TO OTHER MOMS MATHNASIUM AND ALWAYS TELL THEM TO TALK TO CATHERINE. SHE HAS REDUCED THE STRESS IN MY LIFE, MADE MY CHILD MORE CONFIDENT AND HAS ALLOWED ME TO "LET GO AND LET MATHNASIUM TAKE THE REIGNS" WHICH IS TOTALLY AGAINST MY CONTROL FREAK MENTALITY.

WITHOUT CATHERINE I WOULD NOT BE A CLIENT AND THAT WOMEN DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE!

How ever, it’s very remarkable the hard work of the Center Director, Mrs. Catherine Charles, very professional and dedicated 100% to resolving problems , with positive actitud and kindness helping others making memorable moments and the most important excellent customer service . she cares about people and her discipline and dedication tutoring ‘s and learning process aloud to be in the first place at the center in my opinion Mrs. Katherine is the best ever director, the kids loves her entusiastic personality, focusing in the kids’ succed and advance in their skills and talents. we wat our son Gabriel continúe believing the dreams are posible connecting the right people make a tremendous impact in life ..., Thanks a lot Mrs. Catherine for being a wonderful person, you can count on us too! 😊

Tiffany, Sam and the entire Mathnasium staff in Naples are incredibly friendly, professional and dedicated. My daughter, Monica, spent the summer at Mathnasium working with many fine tutors and has made verifiable progress in her mathematical abilities. This in turn has radically increased her math confidence and significantly reduced her math anxiety. She is an overall happier and more confident 8th grade student! The Mathnasium program is perfectly designed to reinforce prior concepts while challenging students to expand into new areas at an appropriate pace. Based on her assessments, Monica has a learning plan tailored to her needs, which has made her progress steady and consistent these past 4 months. We are ecstatic as parents to be able to give the "gift of math" to our daughter.
