Ability to check availability and to check in online. My preferences are recorded so anyone can tell what I like. Friendly, just the right amount of engagement, overall a great experience. It's pricey for a simple haircut, but nowadays what isn't - it's not unreasonable at all.

My experiences at Sport Clips have been wonderful on both occasions. The haircuts were precisely as requested and expertly executed. The pricing is reasonable, and the post-haircut wash and massage is a delightful addition. I plan to return for all my future haircuts and will gladly recommend them to others.
