I typically have a great experience at the Mapleview location, but my stylist this time was very negative, very in a rush, and did not offer the MVP and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. This experience was not good.

Amanda my hair stylist was amazing. Great skills and attention to detail, getting all the fine/ little hairs even behind my ears! I love the Cold/ Hot towel service while getting a scalp massage and wash. Highly recommend

It was a nice experience from waiting with the big screens, to chatting with my barber, check in (new but good concept) and check out. It has a nice relaxed atmosphere.
